Dare to Bare Your Body In A Bikini?

This post is sponsored by Dove® ClearTone™ Deodorant - designed to visibly reduce underarm dark marks and even skin tone. As I get ready to take a one week vacation to Dominican Republic, I am starting to put a list together of things I need to prepare before I get into that bikini or one piece bathing suit!

1. Drop 5lbs--I am going to be working out 7 days a week, yes you heard that right! Starting today until I get on that plane to DR I am going to try to get in at least 30 mins of workout whether that be Wii Zumba, running, speed walking, etc. I know I can do it! I was able to do it for my trip to Thailand last year and just look at the results in the picture below!
I'm on the far right
2. Eat Healthier Options--Since I know I am going to be eating everything under the sun in DR, I am going to really watch what I am eating the next two weeks so serve me up a lot more veggies please!

3. Clear Skin!--I am an olive skin tone Latina, and for the longest time I was allergic to many deodorants and they stained my armpits and it was embarrassing to bring my arms up because I didn't want anyone to see my dark armpits. So when I discovered Dove ClearTone Deodorant it has dramatically already starting to change my confidence and look of my soon to be sexy armpits!

4. Freshen Up My Hair Style--Before my hair tries to battle the sun in DR, I need to freshen up my look that means a haircut, color, and style is in order! My hair stylist is going to be getting a call real soon!

5. Start Packing--Prior to putting clothes in the luggage, I will be going through my entire closets and see what I have that will make me feeling comfortable and confident while on vacation. My recommendation is if you have items in your closet you haven't worn in a while try them on before taken them with you on vacation. Remember airlines now charge for luggage so make sure to only pack items you know 100% you will wear. That way you can leave a little bit of room to still buy souvenirs and maybe some new clothes!
